Email support using the button at the bottom of that article, or phone, and include the eight-digit order number from your order confirmation email. Bought on iPhone, Android or elsewhere

Bought in the App Store: Rosetta Stone says it cannot refund on Apple's behalf. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose Request a refund and select the charge; Apple decides.

Turn off auto-renewal first

Online subscriptions renew automatically by default. To stop it, sign in at login.rosettastone.com, click the language you are learning at the top right, choose My Account and select Turn off Auto Renewal. If you learn two languages, switch to each and do it for both. In the mobile app, go to Settings, Manage Subscriptions, then manage it on the web or in your app store, depending on where you bought it.
