Copycat Café is an AI speaking app with five courses on one subscription: French, Spanish (Latin America), Spanish (Spain), Italian and German. It is the new name of French Together, Benjamin Houy's long-running French-learning blog. The method is Watch, Copy, Chat, 15 minutes a day: watch short conversations voiced by AI clones of native speakers, copy them line by line with a pronunciation score on every word, then chat freely with an AI conversation partner.
